Blessings
of Liberty
‘We
the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union,
establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense,
promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to
ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the
United States of America.’ Preamble

indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed
for light and transient causes’… Declaration
of Independence
Our
Declared Independence
The
4th of July – the day we recognize as America’s
Declaration of Independence.
John
Adams wrote his wife Abigail on July 3 (a signer of Massachusetts)
'The
second day of July, 1776, [adopted by Congress on July 4] will be the most
memorable epoch in the history of America.
I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the
great anniversary festival. It ought to be commemorated as the day of
deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be
solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells,
bonfires, and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from
this time forward forever more.'
As
we pursue our rights of Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness, lest we forget
that it was this document that secured these rights, [written with ink but
sealed by destiny] established by the then [13] thirteen colonies and the
Continental Congress of the United States of America.
Although,
it has been recorded by historians that the first shots of the American
Revolution were on April 19, 1775,
at Lexington and Concord,
Massachusetts, it became an official decree
by the envisioning, signing and eventual Declaring of this act on July, 4, 1776.
It
was however, with Prudence, [Good Sense] that we succeeded Great
Britain and enacted our Declaration to be a
Free Nation bound by its precepts and principles effecting safety and
happiness; which endowed by {God} Our Creator, to have these unalienable Rights
set forth.
There
is a movement today, which would instigate us to steer a new course and change
bearing, perish that thought, the path Declared by our Independence
is just as important an operative today as it was for our wise liberators [Our
Founding Fathers]!!!
Now,
let me put that dissenting point of view to rest, we do not need new
entitlements, it was clearly self-evident to our Founders and they assured Our
Rights in this Declaration of Independence – We, as American Citizens need to
be re-enlightened on these plain and simple fundamentals and steady our faith
in ‘The United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one
nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all’.
'When
in the Course of human events'; the Declaration of Independence begins with
this statement and provides us a basis through equity for all to follow its
doctrine, these rudimentary principles were founded by our forefathers whom had
foresight from their hindsight of dealings with unreasonable powers -- when we
deviate or change its precepts [Declaration of Independence] we are not only
misinterpreting its fortitude, but are making a false decree and opening US up
to deception.
Again,
as to why this document is so important, it establishes boundaries, of natures'
and God given rights to all citizens that ‘hold these truths to be
self-evident, that all men are created equal’ and who have declared, or 'to be'
more succinct, taken an oath of Allegiance [commitment] to its proclamation of
US independence and daily living under the same.
It can be likened to a contract, covenant if you will -- where the former
[Contract - Document] is the letter of the law and the latter [Covenant - Act]
being the sprit of the law and therefore by practice, the fulfilling of the
same.
With
that in mind, and in honor of their resolve, [Congress’ Committee] that this
4th of July and for all 4th of July’s, we understand that Our Freedoms were
etched in this Document and established this day in [1776] Seventeen Hundred
and Seventy Six and will forevermore continue to be Our Declaration of
Independence.
